An exciting permanent opportunity has become available in this innovative global business. Joining the medium sized HR team in a hybrid role, you will be reporting straight to the HR manager while collaborating with senior stakeholders in the business. The highly collaborative team consists of HR professionals in both general and specialised positions.

As Talent Acquisition specialist you are responsible for the end to end recruitment of blue and white collar roles. Next to this, you will assist the HR team with the coordination of the employee onboarding process including conducting contracts and setting up new employees in the HR system.

You will be involved in different HR projects including but not limited to; diversity and inclusion, leadership capabilities and system implementation.

To be successful in this position you have extensive experience within both blue - and white collar recruitment. You have previously assisted with the complete employee lifecycle and have been involved in different HR projects. You have a hands on mentality and are used to working in a fast paced environment. It is a pre if you have worked with a HRIS before.
