Your new company
Large ASX Listed business with head office in Sydney is seeking an experienced TA Business Partner to join their already established talent acquisition team as they experience growth. Working for a leading business with a focus on technology and innovation as well as the creative space, you will be part of a wider and larger Centre of Excellent.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will manage your own portfolio of vacancies across the country including head office and corporate roles in Technology, Product, Finance, Sales and Marketing as well as more niche roles .You will develop strong working relationships with hiring managers, take detailed briefs and manage the end to end process to offer. You will also spend time strategically sourcing, building your talent pipeline through linkedin, social media, direct advertising, networking, career fairs and referral schemes. In addition you will gave the opportunity to genuinely be strategic, spend time providing insights and market analysis and influence hiring decisions through business partnering and relationship building.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced end to end Talent Acquisition Business Partner or Consultant who has experience of working in an internal function previously, Ideally with a larger more complex business be that ASX Listed or multi national, Experience working in agency is also desirable along with internal recruitment experience. You will be a strong sourcer and enjoy hands on recruitment and working to to a bigger strategy. You must be fast paced, professional and have experience of using an ATS and Linkedin license. This will be a busy high volume role to begin with so you must have speed and agility. Key areas of experience ideally include portfolios in Sales & Marketing, Digital, Corporate, Technology and Media.
