An opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious bank in a brand new, newly created position.  The organisation has strong traditions and a reputation for ethics and quality and this is certainly the ethos of their HR and recruitment processes.  They value not only acquiring the right talent but also protecting their brand by doing it is the right way, which includes a a high level of candidate care.

Talent Acquisition is currently a significant part of the generalist HRBPs job descriptions, and it will remain so, but this newly created role will work alongside the HRBPs to act as a central point of contact and to develop a more proactive approach to hiring.   Talent Acquisition exists as a CoE in the Hong Kong regional hub so there are functional colleagues and policies and processes to leverage.

Responsibilities will include -

- Establishing relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future needs
- Direct sourcing from jobs boards / Linkedin
- Work with the HR team to report and analyse recruitment trends
- Work with the reward team regarding salaries and packages
- Track and record applicant details (via TALEO)
- Manage external agencies / search firms
- Conduct behavioural interviews
- Support managers with hiring decisions
- Enhance the existing attraction and selection processes
- Collaborate with the APAC TA team to enhance the local function / share best practice

To secure this role you will be an experienced recruiter from agency, RPO or an internal environment.   You will be a strong relationship builder with a ability to follow and create efficient processes.   Financial services and professional services experience would be well regarded but any corporate TA experience will be considered.
