Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will be responsible for providing end-to-end recruitment support to the business unit you will be working alongside with, as well as:
- Providing advice to Hiring Managers on best practices on mapping and attracting candidates
- Working collaborative with the extended Talent Acquisition Team to develop and implement recruitment and attraction strategies
- Passive candidate search and headhunting
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous recruitment experience within a blue-collar industry will lead to your success, as well as:
- Exposure to the use of diverse recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of current talent acquisition practices
- Possessing full time Australian working rights and living currently in Sydney
