Working with a team in a high-performance and truly dynamic team, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process.

Responsibilities: -

  • Facilitate recruiting process with hiring manager (sourcing, interviewing and selection)
  • Partner with business units to develop recruiting plans and strategies
  • Determine job offer, working with hiring manager and business unit HR as appropriate. Ensure all pre-employment screening is completed.
  • Communicate recruiting initiatives to business unit HR, employees and hiring managers.

With exposure to the recruitment process, ideally gained in an FMCG environment, your enthusiasm and strong planning and organising skills, along with demonstrated capacity to work in a fast paced, customer and team focussed environment will ensure your success in delivering innovative and creative recruitment solutions.
