Talent Acquisition Coordinator required for growing small TA team, start up style culture in central Sydney.

Your new role
Newly created position due to this significant growth, to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing the best talent for the business.

Duties will include:

  • Recruitment administration tasks including posting adverts, managing responses and shortlisting,
  • Linkedin sourcing, networking and talent pooling.
  • Support the TA Manager in strategic sourcing as well as campaigns.
  • Telephone screening, reference checking, compliance
  • Candidate management
  • Building relationships internally with hiring managers and employees

You will recruit for a variety of roles across Australia with exposure to global opportunities and will range from a corporate support role such as finance or marketing through to specialist and niche medical roles am executive level.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiter who is still at the beginning of their career and would like to move in-house. You will have experience in working in smaller, fast paced cultures and be able to work within a less structured and more agile culture. You could be an agency recruiter who has done 360 recruitment but keen to develop into an internal role. You will enjoy working hard and being in a fast paced, ever changing business whilst enjoying a great team , relaxed culture.

You must have a minimum 12 months experience in agency or internal recruitment. Full time offices based hours. Central CBD location.
