Your new company
There is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Learning Manager to join an award-winning company within the Engineering space. This company is a leading consultancy that are working on a number of exciting projects.

Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be managing a team of 7 split across the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development functions.

Talent Acquisition Management:
You will lead and manage the 3x Talent Acquisition team of this industrial organisation in Australia and overseas. You will lead the talent strategy to meet current and future business needs and will lead on talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent management and employee engagement.

Learning & Development Manager:
The Learning & Development aspect of your role, will see you deliver global programs while working closely with internal and external partners to design and deliver all regional development programs and learning interventions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A relevant HR qualification is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development with a commercial approach to talent management and development.
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in a multi-site global business.
  • Able to manage strategic issues and act as strategic advisor and contributor to senior business leadership.
  • Proven experience working in a leadership role of an operational team.
  • You will be passionate, energetic and genuinely care about creating recruitment strategies that will help the organisation deliver the best service to every candidate.
