My client is a technology business in a period of high growth.  An aggressive expansion plan takes advantage of it's current market stature and will see it launch across Asia Pacific and northern Europe.  Sydney will host the regional headquarters for it's new functions across Australia and Hong Kong.

The TA Manager role is key in supporting and directly impacting the success of the company's growth plan.  Due to coverage of dual markets, successful candidates should be comfortable with off-hours work.  The initial brief will focus on culturally localising talent acquisition processes with a keen adherence to legislative regulations for the Asia Pacific and European regions.  

With responsibility for attracting top talent, in particular targeting leadership and sales hires, addition duties will also include:
  • Overseeing Recruitment Analytics e.g. time to fill etc
  • Recommending hiring, interviewing and closing strategy on each vacancy
  • Sourcing Candidates and Managing the Process to ensure outstanding candidate experience
  • Strategic review of employer branding to attract and retain top talent
You will be an established recruiter, agency or in-house, (or both) with a strong network.  The role suits someone who wants to build a talent acquisition function that will really add value to a business in an exciting phase.  Any exposure to Asia Pacific and global companies will be especially well regarded.
