Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a dedicated recruitment coordinator that can join our NEPEAN Technology & People team based in either South Western Sydney, Illawarra or Central Coast.  You will establish a business partnership with NEPEAN’s Executive Team, General Managers, and hiring managers to source talent and quickly fill vacancies.

The role typically involves the following:

  • Recruiting a mix of workshopfactory roles and salesoffice staff for NEPEAN nationally
  • Partnering with P&L owners to understand and deliver on hiring requirements
  • Direct sourcing and pipeline management to meet current and future hiring demands
  • Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle including requisition, advertising, prospecting, short listing and screening candidates, interviewing, taking feedback from hiring managers, completing due diligence activities, creating and extending offers, and on-boarding
  • Travelling to our sites to meet your internal customers & partners, and conduct interviews
  • Championing NEPEAN and NDNA on social media, and promoting NEPEAN as an employer of choice
  • Participating in select networking & career expos to build NEPEAN’s talent pipeline

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role you will possess the following selection criteria:

  • Bachelor degree in a related discipline.
  • Sold track record and experience in recruitment or track record in Human Resources.
  • Demonstrated successful track record hiring factory/workshop staff as well as office and sales staff
  • Strong interviewing and relationship building skills
  • Experience using recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek
  • Specialist experience hiring in the engineering, mining, or construction sectors would be an advantage
  • Experience headhunting for niche roles would be an advantage
