The job

Being in a team with other Talent Acquisition Specialist, you all look after your own client group. For you this will be the allied health space. This being a candidate short market, you are the one who is driving creative ideas around sourcing the candidates. You will partner with universities, tafes and other institutions. If you have phenomenal ideas of how to better attract the candidates, this company will let you run with it. Your partners will value your understanding of the roles, environment and culture together with your expertise in contemporary sourcing techniques that deliver desired end-to-end-recruitment outcomes. Next to this they love to see you coming up with solutions for recruitment problems and be pro-active in your recruitment approach.

The Manager

You will work alongside a knowledgeable manager that will support, develop and grow your recruitment skill set in an autonomous environment.

The Key accountabilities
  • Partnering with the business, broader talent team and the people leaders to deliver end to end recruitment;
  • Establishing sound relationships and engaging with key stakeholders, candidates and other parties;
  • Develops appropriate and effective direct sourcing strategy using a multi-channel approach;
  • Proactively building candidate pipelines to target both active and passive candidate markets.

Your focus and strong stakeholder management skills with all levels of the business will be excellent for this job. Australian experience as an internal recruiter is the ideal background, unfortunately only agency experience wouldn't be enough. Your ability to be creative and give solutions to different recruitment problems will help you to secure this job.
