Talent Acquisition Specialist sought for a growing IT/Technology business in Sydney. Stand alone role.

Your new company
A growing global technology business with offices in Australia and APAC are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take on a new role working in an HR team

Your new role
You will work closely with HR and business leaders to support them in attracting the best talent for their growing business. You will manage a portfolio of vacancies for Australia and overseas, source and selection, coach managers through interview process and ensure excellent candidate experience for all applicants. You will design new talent attraction strategies, implement and support the HR team in EVP development and ensuring there is a more strategic, talent pipelining culture. You will have the opportunity to implement new recruitment processes and strategies and coach all levels of employees and managers. Roles will range from technical roles through to developers, software engineers, project managers, analysts, Sales, marketing and other corporate functions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Tech Internal Recruiter who has a track record in current or past roles of setting up strategic sourcing processes. You will be a strategic thinker and be experience in building talent pools and pipelines and be able to coach and advise the business on workforce planning and skill shortages. You will have excellent knowledge and networks in the IT and tech space and have experience of using innovative and creative ways of attracting the best talent be that linkedin, referrals, networking etc. You will enjoy working in autonomous roles and appreciate HR and want to work in a role that fundamentally links with people and culture and the wider business, and not part of a larger transaction recruitment function.

What you'll get in return

Salary is $90,000 - $125,000 base + super + bonus depending on experience. Brand new central Sydney offices, close to public transport.
