Our client is an industry thought-leader in the world of infrastructure, safety, manufacturing and technology. During a time of exciting growth and transformation, they need a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise recruiting various corporate services roles to lead from the front.
Your new role
As the sole Talent Acquisition Consultant on the ground in Australia, you will lead the recruitment drive for 55 live roles and act as a Talent Advisor for stakeholders Australia wide and internationally.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent sourcing capability
- Experience using ATS (Application Tracking Systems)
- Excellent stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Expertise in corporate/white collar recruitment - end to end
- Capable of processing and on-boarding new starters
