Talent Acquisition Specialist - 5 month contract - Up to $45 per hour
Your new company
Your new organisation is one of the world's leading utilities providers and they are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on an initial temporary contract of 5 months.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Liaising with and coaching relevant stake-holders at each step of the process
- Reporting on recruitment activity
- Reviewing and implementing continuous improvements processes
- Managing on-boarding for new hires
- Assisting the HR team with other projects and HR related matters
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally hold a qualification in HR or a related area coupled with experience in a similar role coupled with strong customer service skills. Experience in a similar industry would be advantageous along with the ability to coach and manage stakeholders and previous experience with implementing process improvements.
