Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Advisor to join their team in the CBD
Your new role
- Involves designing and developing talent resourcing services, including candidate attraction, selection, assessment, and management
- Expert advice is provided on quality recruitment methodologies
- Key stakeholders are trained to apply a standard approach, and relationships are maintained with business customers and stakeholders
- Research, projects, and service solutions are established
- Core talent resourcing services are delivered.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience with a similar role
- Experience within the Public sector is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to start immediately
