Your new company
Hays Human Resources have multiple opportunities available for Team Leader's - Recruitment Services to work with our client, a Federal Government Department. These opportunities are to commence Mid to Late August 2021 on a temporary basis for up to 5 months.

Your new role
As a Team Leader - Recruitment Services, the primary focus of this role will be overseeing the quality and consistency of assessments undertaken by Recruitment Screening Officer's who have reviewed and evaluated applicants' selection criteria responses as part of a Request for Tender process. You are responsible for reading each response assessed by the Recruitment Screening Officer's and manage their output to ensure the Assessment report reflects the descriptor. You will be assigned Recruitment Screening Officer's and required to manage the quality of their output

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have 2-3 years experience in a similar role, strong leadership and people management skills. You will have great written communication skills, an analytical mind, the ability to make informed judgements and be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. You must have a current National Police Clearance (no more than 3 months old) or have the ability to obtain a National Police Clearance before the commencement date of Mid-August.
