Leading facilities company seeking a training coordinator to join the team on a short-term contract.

Your new company
This large facilities company is looking for training coordinator to join their North Sydney office on a short-term contract. This role will require you to work with parts of the business in on projects around NSW. This is an industry leading organisation and therefore provides an excellent career progression opportunity.

Your new role
You will be working in a large HR team within their L & D function, supporting in all areas of learning and development support. You will have strong exposure to L & D and LMS systems support roles. This role will be a highly administrative role, so you will need to be used to working with high volumes and tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will have the following:

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong ability to work in a busy and demanding environment both independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated experience working with large amounts of data
* Strong analytical and data manipulation skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
* Strong ability to deliver to deadlines and work under pressure
* Previous experience in learning record maintenance within Learning Management System
* Be available for the entire contract arrangement of 6-8 weeks
* Ability to interpret learning matrix into learning needs within LMS

You will be expected to have experience in HR and more specifically L & D coordination working in a range of functions. This role will be a mixture of coordination and administration. Additionally, you will need to be used to working with high volumes and tight deadlines. You will have several years' experience in a HR role and a desire for progression. You will have strong communication skills, be a competent administrator, and be agile to respond to a dynamic and unpredictable working environment. You will be change-minded and able to work in an environment where HR processes and procedures are being consistently improved. You will have relevant local work experience providing you with an understanding of Australian employment law. You will also have experience working with a range of internal/external stakeholders.
