About the role.

They are seeking a Wellbeing Advisor to join their Learning & Information Services department, along with the wider P&C team. Within this role, you will be responsible for promoting mental and physical wellbeing across the organisation.

The main components of the role are, but not limited to…

  • Create and Implement a Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy for the organisation
  • Deliver key objectives of the Student Engagement Framework
  • Plan and oversee events and activities aimed at promoting student and staff mental health and wellbeing.
  • Working closely with the key stakeholders including People and Capability, education
  • delivery and Student Engagement, identify and regularly report on student and staff needs regarding mental health and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with the People and Capability team to develop mental health resources for staff

Is this the role for you.

To be eligible and successful within this role, you will have prior experience working within a similar capacity (ie; a Wellbeing Coordinator or Wellbeing & Safety coordinator position)

Along with this, you will have..

  • A can do attitude, and willingness to branch out and explore other areas of the P&C team
  • Prior experience with Return to Work (Desirable but not necessary)
  • Sound knowledge of the legislation around psycho-social safety hazards
