Immediately start for potential temp to perm within mining services for experienced technical recruiter.
If you are an immediately available, white collar technical recruiter and enjoy the challenge of working across multiple sites and projects, then this may be your next opportunity.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of white collar technical positions and will manage the end to end recruitment process including:
- Engaging and Partnering with Hiring Managers
- Designing and developing advertisement and sourcing strategies
- Prescreening and pipelining of talent
- Face to face and virtual interviewing
- Managing the offer process and negotiations
- Supporting the onboarding process
- Ad hoc projects
Initially, this position will be offered on a temporary basis but transition to permanent is the preferred outcome.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruiter with strong exposure to both mining technical and corporate based recruitment, and demonstrate a passion for working in a fast paced, team environment.
