Workforce Management and Reporting Analyst

Role Requirements:

  • Conduct data analysis and provide reporting and data driven insights of key performance metrics.
  • Set up new forecasts and processes that may not have been developed.
  • Create forecasting models for processes.
  • Conduct weekly forecasting meetings with the leadership team.
  • Ensure the recruitment strategy allows for scale/growth.

The successful candidate should possess the following (but not limited to):

  • Proven track record in Workforce Planning (ideally in call centre environment).
  • Extensive understanding of the work planning function.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Effective coaching skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to quantify process improvement benefits.
