Your new role
As an APS5 Workforce Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of workforce insights and structural integrity across the organisation. You'll work within a collaborative HR team to analyse workforce data, support organisational design, and ensure the accuracy of HR systems.
Your responsibilities will include:

Analysing workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic planning

Using statistical techniques to generate insights and recommendations

Supporting the development of dashboards and reporting tools

Assisting with structural updates and issue resolution in HRMIS (e.g. Aurion)

Collaborating with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
-
Managing and prioritising requests through a shared mailbox

Contributing to workforce analytics projects and initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in workforce data analysis and reporting
-
Familiarity with HRMIS systems (e.g. Aurion, TechOne) and HR processes
-
Proficiency in data manipulation and basic statistical techniques

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-
Experience with Power BI or similar tools (highly desirable)

A current Baseline security clearance or the ability to obtain one (highly desirable)
