Your New Role
As an HR Advisor in Employee Relations, you will assist in delivering functions related to performance, workplace relations, and international deployments. This role involves providing specialist advice, supporting case management, and contributing to policy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with complex industrial and workplace policy queries.
- Develop performance and employment strategies, including rewards and recognition programs.
- Support supervisors and employees on workplace relations and performance case management.
- Manage SES workplace terms and conditions and contribute to employment policy development.
- Provide logistical and organisational support for international deployments.
- Prepare reports on international deployments and support the achievement of the organisation's international strategy.
