High volume, blue collar talent acquisition specialist
My client is seeking an experienced, high-volume, blue-collar recruiter who excels in their stakeholder engagement.
Based in the corporate head office of this mining owner/operator, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process including:
Liaising with hiring managers to ensure a timely and efficient recruitment process
Proactive sourcing and selection
Ensuring applicant engagement and management from commencement through to offer
Influencing hiring decisions to ensure the best outcome
This role is managing a high-volume, blue-collar portfolio which will incorporate an element of hard-to-fill vacancies and proactive diversity KPIs.
The contract will commence immediately and will be for up to a six-month period.
It is essential that you have previously managed high volume, blue-collar portfolios and that you are able to communicate confidently at a senior level. You will possess a strong attention to detail, an ability to follow process and excel within a high-volume environment.
