Your New Role
As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging learning experiences in leadership, psychosocial safety, induction programs, and skill-specific training. You will contribute to the continuous capability growth of participants by developing and managing various programs. This role may require interstate travel and live online session delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage learning programs for the organisation's academy.
- Facilitate training sessions both online and in-person across Australia.
- Share workloads, manage your calendar, and complete administrative tasks related to session delivery and travel arrangements.
- Respond to enquiries, engage with stakeholders, and manage procurement and program management tasks.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology, supplemented by experience in adult education and training.
- The ability to take responsibility for team outcomes, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality learning outcomes.
- Awareness of the impact of work activities on strategic, political, or operational outcomes.
- Independence in decision-making and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Experience of coordinating and undertaking detailed projects.
