An Employee Relations Specialist is required for a 4-month temporary contract to commence immediately.
Our client is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join their team for a 4-month contract to commence immediately.
Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will play a critical role in delivering expert employee relations and injury case management support.
This is a hybrid role, based in the Perth CBD with weekly travel to site for two days per week, and one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee relations casework, including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance issues
- Provide expert advice to leaders on workplace relations, policies, and procedures
- Lead and support complex investigations, ensuring procedural fairness and timely outcomes
- Oversee and coordinate injury management and return-to-work processes in line with legislative requirements
- Partner with site and corporate stakeholders to deliver consistent and practical HR solutions
To be successful in your application, you must be able to demonstrate experience in employee relations and case management, ideally within mining, resources, or heavy industry.
You will possess a strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations frameworks, have excellent stakeholder management skills and strong investigation and documentation capability.

It is essential that you own your own vehicle as site-based travel will be DIDO.
