You will be joining a NSW Government organisation operating within the education sector. The organisation delivers important programs and initiatives that support schools, education professionals and positive outcomes across NSW.
Your new role
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training to stakeholders across the education sector. You will support participants in understanding and confidently using relevant systems, processes and resources as part of a significant statewide program.

Delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions

Supporting participants in preparing for and adopting new systems and processes

Providing timely guidance and support to training participants

Ensuring appropriate learning materials and resources are available

Evaluating training sessions and analysing participant feedback

Building strong relationships with education professionals and internal project stakeholders

Identifying potential issues and developing practical solutions

Providing regular updates on training progress, outcomes and emerging issues
What you'll need to succeed

Demonstrated experience delivering training, facilitation or learning programs

Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confidence presenting to a variety of audiences

Strong technology skills and the ability to quickly learn new digital platforms

Excellent organisation and time management skills

A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Previous experience within education, government, digital transformation or large-scale program environments will be highly regarded
