With a bold mandate to establish the business as an industry leader renowned for world-class learning, you will serve as the vital bridge between central training design and operations, ensuring excellence, consistency, and scalable capability across the business.key responsibilities
- Design and execute the national training strategy across corporate and operations.
- Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing team of Training Managers.
- Own the national Train the Trainer framework, setting certification benchmarks and leading audits to safeguard operational standards.
- Drive strategic alignment across Executive Leadership, Operations, and the People team to champion training excellence.
- Track, measure, and report on training outcomes, operational risks, and team performance to senior business stakeholders.
