An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated HR Administrator to join a growing organisation. In this role you will play a key role in supporting the employee life cycle and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR operations. This position offers flexibility, with both full-time and part-time arrangements considered.

Your New Role

As the HR Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate administrative support across a broad range of human resources activities, including:
  • Preparing employment contracts, letters and employee documentation
  • Maintaining HR records, employee files and HRIS data
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Managing employee lifecycle administration, including contract variations and employee changes
  • Assisting with inductions and new starter coordination
  • Monitoring probation reviews and employee milestones
  • Supporting leave administration and maintaining accurate employee records
  • Responding to HR-related enquiries from employees and managers
  • Assisting with compliance checks, reporting and general HR projects as required
  • Providing administrative support across broader People & Culture initiatives
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach and willingness to support across a variety of HR functions
