Your new company
Hays is proud to be partnering with a leading organisation known for its commitment to innovation, community, and environmental stewardship. As part of its growing People & Culture team, we're seeking two dynamic HR Advisors to support both operational and corporate teams across Tasmania.
Your new role
You'll be joining a collaborative and agile HR team, delivering timely and effective HR services that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and compliance. Both roles require hands-on HR support across onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. You'll work closely with leaders and team members to deliver practical, people-focused solutions that align with broader business goals.
Hobart Based - This role supports both corporate and operational teams, with regular weekly travel to operational sites required.
Margate based - This role supports operational teams and requires regular weekly travel to operational sites, including time spent in Hobart.
What you'll need to succeed
- Certificate IV or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of proven HR experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- Agile and team-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Operational exposure or experience working with frontline teams is highly valued
- AHRI Certified Practitioner (CPHR) or equivalent is desirable
