Your New Role
As the HR Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing high‑level HR guidance and partnering on a range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering strategic and operational HR advice to managers across the business
- Leading or supporting ER/IR matters, including performance management and investigations
- Advising on organisational change, workforce planning, and capability development
- Overseeing employee lifecycle processes and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy
- Developing HR frameworks, policies, and documentation
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to HR projects
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated experience in an HR Consultant or senior HR generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Confidence in managing ER issues and guiding leaders through complex people matters
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to balance strategic insight with hands‑on operational support
