Location: Surry Hills, Sydney (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

About the Role:
You'll provide end-to-end HR support and contribute to projects that enhance organisational capability and culture.

Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Advising managers on HR matters such as policies and procedures
- Supporting managers through a HR system implementation (ELMO)
- Assisting with HR projects and stakeholder engagement
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role with both recruitment, advisory and HR operations responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with HR systems
- Ideally, you will have supported an organisation going through change.
