As an Industrial Relations Manager you will report to the Head of IR & ER to support the negotiations of EBA's and assist with other IR strategies.

• Deliver the IR strategy, tailoring where necessary to meet the specific needs of a pillar or function

• Assist in the workplace reforms project including review of the framework, governance and policy review

• Undertake industrial relations analysis to assist in the implementation of industrial relations strategy

• Partner with leaders in enterprise agreement negotiations and ensure that enterprise agreement negotiation is conducted within the parameters of the company's industrial relations framework

• Provide support on industrial relations issues including disputes, grievances, union consultation and EA wage negotiations

You will demonstrate to have proven experience in a industrial relations role in a large organisation and have worked with multiple enterprise agreements; IR strategy and enterprise agreement negotiation process; dealt with different stakeholders; training and coaching; ability to work autonomously. Ideally you will have experience working with Unions.
