Your new role
The International Mobility Specialist is an HR professional responsible for managing the seamless execution of transactions and relationships related to offers, pre-employment, relocation, onboarding, and the employment lifecycle for international assignees. They ensure continual service improvement and customer satisfaction within agreed timeframes, provide expertise for international and domestic relocation assignments, and respond to enquiries from various stakeholders.

Implements and executes programs for employee transfers, assignments, and relocations.

Advises managers on mobility policies and processes applications.

Handles immigration status applications and employment authorisation.

Acts as a liaison with third-party vendors for immigration and relocation support.

Communicates relocation packages and resolves employee issues.

Regulatory Compliance: Stays updated on laws and regulations related to mobility and immigration.

Manages a high volume of emails and calls regarding policies and procedures.

Works with tax consultants, health insurers, and relocation vendors.

Conducts Australian visa eligibility assessments.

Coordinates Australian permanent resident applications.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to work in diverse, multicultural environments
- Understands and works effectively within a matrix structure.
- University degree Human Resources or alike
- Minimum of 2 years in overall Global Mobility experience and at least 2 years of experience administering a relocation program with permanent transfers and assignees.
- Experience is required in corporate immigration [AUS inbound Visas], as well as domestic and international relocation.
- Experience working in a role that requires a high degree of confidentiality.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
