Your new role

As a Learning & Development Support Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating training activities and ensuring smooth processes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing training bookings and liaising with providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Handling purchase orders and receipting for training services.
  • Engaging confidently with new providers to establish processes and maintain strong communication.
  • Learning and adapting to systems and processes with minimal guidance.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong administration experience, ideally within training or L&D coordination.
  • Familiarity with purchase order and invoicing processes (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with external providers.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
