Are you an experienced learning and capability professional who thrives on helping people understand and adapt to change?

We are seeking a Learning & Capability Specialist to support the delivery of a significant national transformation program. Working within a fast-paced and complex environment, you will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that build capability, support stakeholder adoption and drive successful program outcomes.

About the Role
Working closely with subject-matter experts and key stakeholders, you will facilitate training sessions, workshops and capability uplift activities that support the implementation of new processes, systems and legislative reforms. The role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of audiences and contribute to a high-profile program of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions and workshops
  • Facilitate both virtual and face-to-face learning activities
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to translate complex information into practical learning outcomes
  • Support the development of training materials, guides and capability resources
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate training activities and manage competing priorities across multiple work streams
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
  • Experience delivering learning and development programs within complex environments
  • Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or reform initiatives
  • The ability to simplify complex information and tailor learning approaches to different audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working within government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded

Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain or hold a Baseline Security Clearance
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
