Your new role

Design, develop, and maintain engaging and sustainable learning solutions that meet business needs and align with business-wide frameworks and standards.

Create and promote design methodologies and standards for learning solutions, ensuring alignment with the organisations Learning Architecture and Blueprints.

Ensure learning materials meet quality standards through rigorous quality assurance practices and evaluation.

Use research and data insights to inform and innovate learning solution design.

Work closely with project teams and various departments to deliver high-quality learning solutions on time.
What you'll need to succeed

Expertise in end-to-end solution design, architecture, and development of Learning & Development solutions.

Knowledge of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and application of Agile, Human-Centered Design.

Proficient in measuring and evaluating learning solutions to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate across disciplines, including working with third-party providers.

Familiarity with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), strong organisational skills, and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
