Your new company

This large Federal Government agency is seeking the expertise of L&D professionals who will apply their conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking to develop strategies for the agency.

Your new role

Working in a small team lead by an energised, passionate, and supportive Director, your primary focus will be to provide support in the design, development, and implementation of learning packages across the department for a specialised branch.
  • You will lead a couple of streams of work while building and supporting a small team developing and building course programs and facilitating training
  • Have a strong focus on building
  • a network of trusted SMEs and managing positive stakeholder engagements across the Branch to support the work across the department
  • You will be delivering workshops and training programs
  • In addition to building training content

What you'll need to succeed

To be a successful candidate in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Qualifications and experience in Learning and Development, Training Delivery and E-learning design and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to scope learning projects and develop strategies and associated plans.
  • The ability to collaborate and consult to obtain relevant information from subject-matter experts.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with stakeholders and learning providers.
  • The ability to self-organise, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

To apply for this role, you must be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a minimum level baseline security clearance.
