Lead Industrial Relations & Workforce Excellence in a National Healthcare Setting.
Key Responsibilities

Interpret and implement Enterprise Agreements and industrial instruments in collaboration with People & Culture.

Provide expert guidance on rostering obligations and policy entitlements to operational teams.

Lead audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement.

Operationalise new Enterprise Agreements through gap analysis, process redesign, and change management.

Monitor rostering and scheduling practices to identify risks and inefficiencies, recommending strategic solutions.

Liaise with Workforce Optimisation, service delivery leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.

Develop reporting frameworks and deliver insights to senior leadership.

Support capability building through training resources and documentation updates.
To be successful in your application, you will hold a tertiary qualification in HR, industrial relations, or a related discipline, coupled with comprehensive experience in interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements and industrial obligations, and managing complex industrial requirements through the provision of practical operational solutions. Prior project management and business improvement expertise is essential, as well as high-level analytical and conceptual thinking to identify and mitigate risk. You will operate as a trusted business partner and collaborate effectively across all operations of the business.
