About the Role
My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Organisational Design Coordinator to support the delivery of organisational design and workforce transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about helping create organisations that are fit for the future.
You'll work closely with Organisational Design Consultants, HR partners, and business leaders to ensure projects are well‑coordinated, insights are captured, and change activities are delivered smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Support the delivery of organisational design projects, including structure reviews, workforce analysis, and operating model updates.
- Coordinate project activities such as workshop scheduling, data collection, document preparation, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in preparing organisational charts, role profiles, spans & layers analysis, and reporting dashboards.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and governance artefacts to ensure alignment and accuracy.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform design recommendations and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to support change implementation and transition activities.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in HR, business support, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and organisational structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in organisational design, change, or workforce strategy (previous exposure is beneficial but not essential).
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
