Our client is looking for an Organisational Development Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis.
Your New Role
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join the HR team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the talent strategy, enhancing employee performance, and driving organisational effectiveness.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training and development programs that align with organisational goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational development initiatives that support business objectives.
- Lead succession planning efforts to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Utilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent and development programs.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management and organisational development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
