A leading national industrial organisation is seeking an experienced OD Specialist to join their P & C team.
A leading national industrial organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join its People & Culture team.
Reporting to the National Organisational Development Manager, you will play a key role in designing, delivering and evaluating organisational development initiatives that enhance leadership capability, talent development and the overall employee experience across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, developing and implementing leadership development and organisational capability programs
- Conducting training needs analysis and developing fit-for-purpose learning solutions
- Facilitating leadership and development workshops across diverse audiences
- Leading end-to-end OD projects from planning through to delivery and evaluation
- Supporting talent management, succession planning and workforce capability initiatives
- Using data and insights to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Partnering with leaders and stakeholders nationally to influence positive people outcomes
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced OD or Learning & Development professional who combines strong facilitation skills with a strategic mindset. You will have a passion for leadership development and can build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation. Ideally, you will hold a tertiary qualification in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Education or a related discipline. It is essential that you possess a strong knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary leadership practices with experience of designing and delivering leadership and capability development programs. You will thrive in advanced facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with strong project management and organisational capability experience. Coaching and profiling qualifications will be highly regarded.
This is an exciting 18-month fixed-term contract opportunity to make a tangible impact across a large national industrial organisation.
