Part-Time 2 days per week HR Assistant for CBD ongoing temporary assignment
Our client is seeking the experience of a qualified HR Assistant for two days per week to be based in their corporate offices in Perth CBD.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks including:
- Review, design and development of the suite of HR policies
- Creation and maintenance of HR files
- Supporting employee queries
- Updating systems and portals for new employee and structural changes
- Coordination of people and culture events
- Ad hoc projects and tasks
It would be preferred for you to hold a tertiary or related qualification in Human Resources, but it is essential that you have prior transactional human resources experience and exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia.
The position will be for two set days a week, 8 hours per day, but may require extension later in the year for further hours.
Based centrally in Perth CBD with accessibility via public transport.
