You will be working for one of our government clients in an exciting role. Managing a small team of two driving the learning and development activities for the organisation. This role has a salary up to $120,000 plus super
Your new role

Managing two staff members, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised e-learning content that caters to the diverse needs of our complex workforce. This includes a blend of corporate onboarding, soft skills, and vocational training courses.

Identifying and promoting learning opportunities specifically relevant to our workforce. This includes leadership and management training.

Conducting Leadership and Management courses in both virtual and face-to-face formats.

Overseeing the agency's Performance and Development Agreement Framework. This includes providing system support and policy guidance throughout the performance cycle.

Assisting employees and managers in setting career and development goals. We also provide resources and tools to enhance workforce capabilities and achieve their full potential.
What you'll need to succeed

Proficient in written communication, editing, and delivering presentations.

Demonstrated ability to enhance training needs analysis and instructional design practices, collaborating with subject-matter experts.

Skilled at working with stakeholders to identify training needs, skill gaps, and suitable learning strategies.

Successfully led and managed teams, including employee development through coaching and mentoring.

Experience with e-Learning solutions, specifically Articulate 360 products.

The successful applicant must hold Australian citizenship.
