Your New Role
As the People & Culture Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle and ensuring a seamless experience for staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR related queries via the shared inbox
- Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system - Chris21

About You
You're a proactive and adaptable HR professional who thrives in a transactional, high-volume setting. You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment and generalist HR support
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Experience using HRIS platforms and a commitment to data accuracy
- Experience using Chris21 is highly desirable.
