Your new company
I am looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join a large public sector organisation based in Darwin as their People Partner.
Your new role

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with and coach managers to develop HR solutions.

Provide high-level advice on training, development, performance, and resource planning.

Build strong relationships across the organisation to become a trusted advisor.

Support strategic people initiatives and projects.

Evaluate employment relationships and provide expert HR advice.

Manage employee queries and complex policy matters.

Support managers with performance, misconduct, and change management.

Maintain accurate and confidential records.
What you'll need to succeed

Strong coaching and advisory skills

Degree in HR or related discipline with 4+ years of experience.

High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.

Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work independently
