Our client is in the midst of a high-volume, blue-collar recruitment campaign and requires the expertise of a number of recruitment advisors to join their team from now until Christmas.
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates, creating candidate pools and pipelines, pre-screening, interviewing and supporting the team with other tasks where required.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruiter who has the ability to manage high-volume portfolios. Mining experience is not required but the ability to pick up processes and compliance is essential. The role is based in our Eastern Suburbs and a car will be required.
This position requires an immediate start and will be for a 3-month period.
