Your new role

As a Recruitment and Human Resources Administrator, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the selection of high-quality candidates aligns to the cultural and skill-set expectations. You will also provide essential support to HR management with administrative and project tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Onboarding: Prepare offer letters, complete new employee checklists, and facilitate a thorough induction process. Provide continuous support to new employees to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Offboarding: Oversee the end-of-employment process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees and their managers.
  • HR Support: Assist with general administration tasks, including diary management, meeting room preparation, and reception relief. Support HR initiatives and maintain confidential personnel files.

  • Time Management: Efficiently manage administrative tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Professional Presentation: Represent the organisation in a professional manner at all times.
  • Self-Starter: Work autonomously and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
