Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator (Temporary Role January- August)
Reporting To: TA Business Partner/ HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Sydney, Australia

Our client in Banking Sector is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth recruitment process and an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Management:
    • Facilitate the entire recruitment process, including:
      • Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
      • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
      • Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
      • Providing timely and informative feedback to candidates throughout the process.
      • Actively manage the application tracking system (Avature) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

  • Offshore Service Provider Relationship:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our offshore service provider to efficiently manage recruitment administration tasks.
    • Collaborate with the service provider to ensure timely and accurate processing of candidate information and documentation.

  • Onboarding Coordination:
    • Work collaboratively with the HR Compensation & Benefits team to ensure a seamless handover of new hires.
    • Facilitate and coordinate the offer management and administration of the onboarding process, including:
      • Extending offers, negotiating terms, and managing acceptance and rejection.
      • Preparing necessary onboarding documentation and paperwork.
      • Scheduling and conducting orientation sessions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner Team to align recruitment efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Avature preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in recruitment or HR
