Your new role
As the Recruitment Officer, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Screening applications and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Managing compliance and pre‑employment requirements
- Coordinating onboarding and candidate communication
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in end‑to‑end recruitment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and high‑volume workloads
- Proficiency with recruitment systems and MS Office
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
