Your New Role
As part of the Vape and Tobacco Operations Coordination Team, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating position descriptions, designing a recruitment strategy, and implementing this strategy to attract and retain employees aligned with the team's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update all position descriptions for the team.
- Design and deliver a recruitment strategy tailored to the team's requirements.
- Implement the recruitment strategy from advertising to onboarding new team members.
- Lead recruitment processes to identify, select, and onboard successful candidates.
- Develop administrative artifacts to support the team's people strategy and workforce plan.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Experience of designing recruitment strategies for government agencies.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities, challenges, and risks.
- Strong focus on achieving results and meeting project objectives within specified timelines.
- The ability to work autonomously and proactively to drive the project forward.
