Your role will include:
- Provide support in the execution of the annual salary review processes
- Manage and analyse costs and competitive trends in remuneration and benefits programs
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform recommendations on overall employee remuneration and benefits
- Conduct market benchmarking of individual roles to recommend competitive market rates for individual offers of employment.
- Day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including salary packaging, novated leases and employee discount programs.
- Degree in Business, HR Management, Commerce or similar
- Considerable skills using MS Excel, Visual Basic, Power BI, SAP, SuccessFactors, and other data-analysis systems
- Ability to build effective relationship and influence outcomes
- Ability to handle confidential & sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
